Big Al - 23 May 2007 01:31 - 15435 of 24230

Captive shark had 'virgin birth'

Female hammerhead sharks can reproduce without having sex, scientists confirm.

Another nail in the coffin boys. ;-)) Mind you, no fun for her either. LOL

Spaceman - 23 May 2007 07:05 - 15436 of 24230

Beep beep beep beep beep beep beepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeep...

Feeling much better this morning and the brigh sun in Sevenoaks is nice.

Bluelady - 23 May 2007 08:29 - 15437 of 24230

Big Al, since when has giving birth been fun? ;0) I bet if you did a survey of a million women who had just given birth, they would ALL say it was not fun. I mean some even elect to have laughing gas in order to make it more acceptable, lol.

Spaceman, so glad that you are feeling much better than yesterday. Beautiful sunshine here also.

JStratford - 23 May 2007 08:48 - 15438 of 24230

Morning everyone. I've put the porridge on for Bunny. I appear to have just started writing part of my life's story. Bit of a shock, but I just sat down and went to write some work up, but ended up writing a couple of pages of drivel instead!

Bluelady - 23 May 2007 08:55 - 15439 of 24230

Were those your baby years that you were writing J Stratford?

JStratford - 23 May 2007 09:01 - 15440 of 24230

Bluey :-) I was intending to write about the last couple of years, or one aspect of them anyway. But I appear to have come to stopping point. So I guess back to work now.

Bluelady - 23 May 2007 09:04 - 15441 of 24230

Interesting J Stratford. I better not stop you from working then.

stockbunny - 23 May 2007 09:19 - 15442 of 24230

Morning - thanks JS (munch, munch...) :>)))
Well that was quick at least, except the traffic being so bad I ended up walking back as well!
Good you are feeling better today Spacie - just don't over do it or you'll be back again flat on your back.

JStratford - 23 May 2007 09:36 - 15443 of 24230

Bluey, don't worry about that. Me and work never seem to go well together.

Bunny, glad you're back in one piece. Was really worried that you might not be back in time to cook lunch ;-)

KEAYDIAN - 23 May 2007 09:41 - 15444 of 24230

Warm greetiings to you all.

stockbunny - 23 May 2007 09:53 - 15445 of 24230

Warm is the word Keaydian - my lettuces aren't happy with the sudden heat, bit too warm for them :>(

Spaceman - 23 May 2007 10:35 - 15446 of 24230

i forgot what I was going to say

Bluelady - 23 May 2007 10:55 - 15447 of 24230

Perhaps it was something along these line Spaceman......

First I was afraid
I was petrified
Kept thinking I could never live.......

J Stratford, keep up the good work ;0)

Good morning Keaydian and stockbunny

JStratford - 23 May 2007 11:06 - 15448 of 24230

Bluey... I just wrote the last email that should be the closing line of the book - but I can't imagine ever finishing it, let alone letting anyone else read it, but it seems to be a good form of rehabilitation!

PS Very relevent to Spacie, especially the "...And so you're back from outer space..."

Bluelady - 23 May 2007 11:10 - 15449 of 24230

Hee hee J Stratford, good one for Spaceman.

I am sure just writing something down will be amazing reading. In order to allow me to be proven correct just cut and paste it on here, lol.

stockbunny - 23 May 2007 11:12 - 15450 of 24230

OK it's Chicken salad for lunch way too warm to spend time in the kitchen, chicken has been roasted with garlic and lemon, nasty skin removed and the salad is fresh from out the back.

JStratford - 23 May 2007 11:21 - 15451 of 24230

Sorry Bluey. but there's nothing worth reading that would make any kind of sense at the moment. Having said that, I can let you have a snippet of what I'm working on at the moment... "Fibonacci is the better known name given posthumously to Leonardo Pisano, an Italian mathematician born in the twelfth century to Guiliemo Bonacci."

Bunny, that'll be lovely. Thank you.

Bluelady - 23 May 2007 11:24 - 15452 of 24230

Fibonacci=rabbits

JStratford - 23 May 2007 11:31 - 15453 of 24230

True. Perhaps we should put Bunny in a sealed enviroment and see what happens :-)

Bluelady - 23 May 2007 11:36 - 15454 of 24230

In this weather and especially if outside I am sure she will be one very hot bunny in need of someone's life support machine!!!

Unless there is a Mr Bunny in the sealed environment and there is air conditioning........;0)
