Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

Socrates - 15 Jun 2007 09:59 - 15957 of 24230

It's only 10:00 yet Bluelady, plenty of time for the odd torrential downpour or two.

A bit changeable here, sunhat on, sunhat off, sunhat on again etc.

Bluelady - 15 Jun 2007 10:03 - 15958 of 24230

I suppose I better get the kitty out of my sunhat then.

Socrates - 15 Jun 2007 10:21 - 15959 of 24230

Makes a novel variation to chicken in a basket!

Bluelady - 15 Jun 2007 10:36 - 15960 of 24230

Socrates, a good one. That will bring the cat population down significantly!!!

stockbunny - 15 Jun 2007 10:42 - 15961 of 24230

Hey! Now then....says a fanatical moggie lover!
;>)

Bluelady - 15 Jun 2007 10:43 - 15962 of 24230

WHAT, you enjoy eating moggies, ;0)

stockbunny - 15 Jun 2007 11:31 - 15963 of 24230

Certainly not LOL
and keep your voice down my moggie is an elderly lady (15 years old) and such a remark may put her blood pressure up ;>)

Bluelady - 15 Jun 2007 11:45 - 15964 of 24230

I did in fact find a picture of a cooked cat but then thought it was not in good taste to post. If your cat is 15 years old he/she probably wouldn't take heed of any shouting whatsoever, lol.

stockbunny - 15 Jun 2007 11:52 - 15965 of 24230

Her hearing is still pretty good - can hear her bowl being got out for food at 30 feet LOL and considering she has coped with teenagers and heavy-on-the-bass music she's doing very well LOL

Socrates - 15 Jun 2007 13:33 - 15966 of 24230

Never mind all this chat about cats, I'm just popping out for some fish and chips. If you want some, just give us a shout and I'll add to the order.

stockbunny - 15 Jun 2007 15:37 - 15967 of 24230

Could you go back again please and pick me up haddock and chips Socs?

optomistic - 15 Jun 2007 15:43 - 15968 of 24230

Same for me and a large whisky please....after the Guinness :-) All before the F & C of course

optomistic - 15 Jun 2007 16:21 - 15969 of 24230

Guess I'm too late for the fish....still have the refreshment though :-)))

Spaceman - 15 Jun 2007 16:38 - 15970 of 24230

Large Haddock and chips for me please Socs.

stockbunny - 15 Jun 2007 16:45 - 15971 of 24230

Wonder if he's gone to actually catch it and grow the spuds...he's been gone a long time!

Socrates - 15 Jun 2007 17:04 - 15972 of 24230

I was too busy shuttling back and forth to the chippy to post Bunny. THere is also the question of a post prandial zizz to consider.

KEAYDIAN - 15 Jun 2007 19:29 - 15973 of 24230

Phew, it stinks of fish n chips in here.

Socrates - 16 Jun 2007 11:06 - 15974 of 24230

I've opened up the windows and doors to air the place out.

I am now esconced in the comfy chair and watching the Trooping of the Colour on the wide screen telly because my invite must have gone astray. Interruptions are punishable by death, or worse, until it is over.

KEAYDIAN - 16 Jun 2007 13:31 - 15975 of 24230

That's a bit harsh isn't it, oops?

Socrates - 16 Jun 2007 15:48 - 15976 of 24230

Oops? It is long finished Keaydian so no worry. The trooping and the cenotaph service on Remembrance Sunday are sacred to me and I always watch.
