JStratford - 19 Jun 2007 09:38 - 15992 of 24230

Morning all. I was going to give you a thought for the day... but I can't think of one :-)

KEAYDIAN - 19 Jun 2007 09:39 - 15993 of 24230

It's just the early start bunny (trundles off to the shower)

stockbunny - 19 Jun 2007 09:48 - 15994 of 24230

I'll have a cuppa ready for when you get out of the shower K.
Morning JS - could be the thought for the day is we don't know so we play it by ear.....
Opto - your tea's getting cold!

KEAYDIAN - 19 Jun 2007 10:00 - 15995 of 24230

(From the shower room)

The hillls are alive with the sound of music, a la la la.

JStratford - 19 Jun 2007 10:04 - 15996 of 24230

I play everything by ear, but if there's one thing I hope I never hear again is the Sound of Music... K. sing something else, theres a good lad :-)

optomistic - 19 Jun 2007 10:08 - 15997 of 24230

I think it's a lovely song, it's K's rendition that is the problem :-)
Thanks Bunny just the right temp.

KEAYDIAN - 19 Jun 2007 10:08 - 15998 of 24230

Rain drops keep falling on my head, dum de ti de dum di.

Bluelady - 19 Jun 2007 10:13 - 15999 of 24230

Thought for the day taken from wikipedia but inspiration from Keaydian.

The bathroom singer is an ironic reference to mediocre or amateur singers.

Which one are you Keaydian?

Good morning everyone.

JStratford - 19 Jun 2007 10:14 - 16000 of 24230

I agree it's a lovely song, I just have a black list of music I used to love but now have memories attached. I've finally learnt not to teach music you love - after it's been murdered for the umpteenth time by the kids, you start to really detest it :-(

The day has just become brighter, the lovely Bluey has arrived :-)

stockbunny - 19 Jun 2007 11:09 - 16001 of 24230

I think the two TV talent programmes have turned a great many of us off both "The sound of Music" and that "I close my eyes...." Joseph song!
I know personally if I never hear either again it will be too soon LOL

More tea ready........

KEAYDIAN - 19 Jun 2007 11:28 - 16002 of 24230

Slurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrpppppppppppppp

JStratford - 19 Jun 2007 11:33 - 16003 of 24230

Drinking your tea from the saucer again K.? :-)

KEAYDIAN - 19 Jun 2007 11:33 - 16004 of 24230

The best way E by gum.

KEAYDIAN - 19 Jun 2007 11:35 - 16005 of 24230

Mrs Lady of blue.

I'm a rookie tenor.

Bluelady - 19 Jun 2007 12:06 - 16006 of 24230

Keaydian, thanks for that revelation you have raised me up in your esteem, lol.

JStratford - 19 Jun 2007 12:16 - 16007 of 24230

And there was me thinking he was a Castrato.

stockbunny - 19 Jun 2007 15:41 - 16008 of 24230

I thought that was what you were if you sat accidentally on a garden fork! ;>)

KEAYDIAN - 19 Jun 2007 15:47 - 16009 of 24230

JS, don't want to boast but if I was a Castrato, the natural history museum would have another exhibit.

JStratford - 19 Jun 2007 16:13 - 16010 of 24230

Considering that the castration would have taken place whilst you where still but a small lad to stop your vocal chords developing, that would be one impressive feat K.! It's probably also got the ladies wondering...

Bluelady - 19 Jun 2007 16:19 - 16011 of 24230

Ok, I am now wondering Keaydian. Do an audition of you singing, post it on youtube and then give us the link.
