CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

Hic, evening all, hic. Anymore gwyniess going, hic.........crash bang.

....So, there we have it, a lovely bright weekend and the market gets up all grey and lifeless. Must have been some event that clouded everyone over. Not that I would have noticed, I was having a well unearned relaxed weekend.

On the strength of that, the cafe is now open and breakfast all ready as per my usual efficiency. As a special treat, the ladies can have tea in bed.

Good morning Socrates....what can I say, tea in bed sounds great except I have been up and about for over two hours now. It doesn't seem quite right to go back to bed just to accept your cup of tea.

Oh, I don't know about that.....

Now that would be telling, and a gentleman never tells.

LOL, actually it is just the two of us here so there does seem a bit of impropriety if you were to serve me tea in bed!!

Ok, ok, as I have been up and fully dressed for over three hours now, I will hop back into bed, still fully dressed, and accept your cup of tea, lol.

Tea coming up, no biscuits though. Can't have crumbs in the bed.

Socrates, I assure you when I spill my tea in bed there is much more mess than a few crumbs from biscuits.

Socrates, it was my bed that I spilt the tea and not yours , so don't get too worried, lol.

Perhaps I should provide your tea in one of those non-spill feeder mugs, save a lot of washing!

Good morning J Stratford. It's alright I was quite decent when you entered. To your offer of one of those non spill cups no thank you. They retain the heat of the liquid for too long and will burn my mouth.

I'm still here, just trying to recover from the thought of Bluelady chucking tea all over her bed. Good job the cafe has a large washing machine. I think I'll have to install a wet room so that she can shower off if she misses the bed and pours it all over herself.
