DGO the clear winner in the JKX or DGO race to 5, I said it would be an exciting week, come on JKX keep up, and 5 before Easter as someone predicted, well done.

Oil still rising, now past $105...crikey !... we shall see a bicycle boom in this country...(thought.....great ! will create some room on the motorways !).

lelael - 06 Mar 2008 15:39 - 167 of 903

My TAN shares sold on stop losses last August, this allowed me to buy DGO, which I now have 80% of portfolio in due to their increased value, perhaps TAN (electric vehicle manufacturer) is the place to return some of this profit to, dont know of any bicycle related shares.
Edit: Found a good one UTN up 150% this year (electric bicycle).

Another 4000 bopd adding to profit. They used to kep their cash in Euro. If true, they've made about 20% free cash (in $) since the results in December.

4000x90 = $360,000 per day

Yes ajoj...excellent news...I'm surprised the sp has not reacted better to an increase of 4000 bopd coming !

ahoj - 20 Mar 2008 08:29 - 172 of 903

I can't get a quote to buy!

Very wide spread at the moment...banks in turmoil possibly ?

ahoj - 20 Mar 2008 09:10 - 174 of 903

DGO has enough cash to buy big banks, like Bear sterns.

niceonecyril - 20 Mar 2008 09:18 - 175 of 903

Settled down now,
3000 @ 456.5p offer
2000 @ 452.57p bid
This against 150 @ 462.5/452.5p,so the latest news may have stopped the rot?

niceonecyril - 25 Mar 2008 08:38 - 176 of 903

The type of news that DGO's management will welcome.

Can't always go by this ; but, : head and shoulders forming ?

niceonecyril - 25 Mar 2008 11:10 - 178 of 903

RF; i think you'll find their are some very high level discussions taking place, and
if we get the right result the SP will take off once again? Actually sold last week at
452p and re-entered at 429p so i quite happy, along with a more positive market i feel comfortable with this stock.

I also like this stock, but what has always been in the back of my mind is : I hope president Bush does not decide a little military expedition against the Iranians because I think DGO's oil is routed through Iran and they could pull the plug in this case !

automatic - 25 Mar 2008 13:43 - 180 of 903

RF
If Bush came up with that idea he would be terminated very quickly

automatic - 25 Mar 2008 13:43 - 181 of 903

RF
If Bush came up with that idea he would be terminated very quickly, not by the Iran's i might add but much nearer home

Well I hope it doesn't come to a strike but in this world don't rule anything out !

ahoj - 25 Mar 2008 21:58 - 183 of 903

Bush prefers to gain access to Iran's market. Anyway, Iran's oil consumption is ncreasing so fast that they may need to import oil in a couple of years.
