Beginning to show a habit of pleasant little surprises each year. We had the head office sale last year at way over book value and now listing of HK associate Max Sight will bring £3M revaluation bonus on the holding if the listing goes ahead (plus some revenues, as listing proceeds look like being spent on PHTM kit if I have read it correctly). Next year sees run off of agreement on investment property, which should hopefully then show large increase in book value. Perhaps 2020 for listing of 40% interest in potentially very rewarding biotech start up Stilla Technologies? (We can but dream!). Always dyor.

This is one great share and very underrated you know , great divi .

Ouch! Not sure the news was that bad, but market punishing anything resembling profit warning at present. £40M pre tax profit,decent divi and lots of cash in the bank gives me sufficient comfort to hold but always dyor.

There was a warning last week , so leaky boat . Didn't expect this to be honest and the share really suffering now , but i will stick with a bit of caution from now .

Kepler Cheuvreux just put out a 153p buy rating on it so maybe it will pick up soon .

Good results today increased divi , finncap increased it's target price to 183p .

Recent falls were well overdone IMO
