Colt Telecom Group SA (COLT LN) was raised to "Overweight/In-Line" from "Equal-weight/Attractive" at Morgan Stanley. The target price is 170p.

Saw this headline on Bloomberg, posted yesterday.

25 January 2010 - COLT, a leading European provider of business communications, today announced it is providing IP connectivity to support MeetingZone's audio conferencing facilities in the UK and Europe.
