I don't subscribe to ADVFN so have no knowledge, or interest for that matter but surely if they have allowed these posts on a free-for-all bulletin board can they not be sued for allowing it?

in my opinion, MAM management has over-reacted to some of clubby's rather silly postings (the racist ones and/or alleged threats to hack into the system) and i also think that at least one member here, who seemingly has the ear of the Lord, has been very spiteful

at the end of the day, the ordinary members have little or no say as to who or who is not allowed to stay in the club - bit like golf clubs really

for my part, i very much hope that MAM management will reflect and conclude that they have perhaps been somewhat hasty and allow clubby's reinstatement even if on licence/parole
