I have just received E-Mail regarding a new check on security of my Lloyds bank account, with a warning if I did not respond in 48 HRS my account would be closed!!!
Suffice to say I have never had an account with Lloyds, THIS IS A SCAM !!!
If you receive a similar type of message, those of you who are PC Savvy... check out the reply address for entertainment.... everyone else...DELETE IT !!!
Historical... First saw this strategy at least 10 years ago with a long message attached, the grammar was so crap it was obviously a scam.
The latest one I have received has a very short message, you need to be more alert to spot the small mistakes.
In any event always check with a trusted contact at your own bank who will tell you they never ask for card security codes/ passwords online
Let's be safe

I received an e-mail last week from a solicitor in Benin, informing me that a long lost relative had left me $11.5m and would I kindly make contact to agree on a fair division of the estate between the solicitor and myself! Who needs to trade stocks when fortune comes knocking at the door??? :o)
