Cut out the boubt factor (CKN)

CAPT BLIGH - 03 Jul 2003 16:15

Read this morings trading statement, there have been very few like it this year.
You can buy now for less than the peeps who bought this morning. This is a slam dunk. 5% yield potential pe way less than 10. very scaleable business. DYOR.

Shipping is cyclical IMO. I have dabbled in tanker shares (Frontline and OMI Corp, sold too soon but it was educational). Been watching CKN for ages, sorry to be out of course, but I still think there will be a better opp. to buy in the autumn.

Buy low sell high

farmboy - 11 Oct 2006 23:19 - 3 of 3

Have made a decent profit from these before. Sold out as soon as they reached 10. They may yet drop a few pence more but I bought in today @ 8.65. They are not that cheap but perhaps fair value for now,so I intend to keep buying a few at a time up until the next set of results.
Either the chart looks terrible (still in the down trend) or it looks promising (head & shoulders complete ?).
Anyway, good company, makes money.
Negatives - overpays the directors when it should be giving the shareholders more dividend.
