I think we will have to sit tight, probably until the break up happens, if it does! News of significant contract wins never seem to have the effect on the share price as perhaps it should. Yet we must keep travelling hopefully.

Kcom is was supposed to being close to going back into profit, but from the recent comments made, the interim result to 30 Sept may still produce losses. When that finally happens (profits) then the price will go up. (Especially if they reintroduce the dividend).
I can't see the company being broken up. I may be an old cynic, but do you remember a communication company called Ionica? Speculation was that that was going to be broken up - instead like vultures they waited for it to go bust, and then the picked up the bits for next to nothing. Why pay a good price for something, when if you wait long enough, you can get it for nothing.
But having said all that, there are a few loss making areas that KCOM should have considered getting rid of, but instead either contracted it out, or restructured which inturn has increased costs, removing any chance in the short term of producing the much needed profits............. I think that is why the FD left, and what the disagreements were about.

No option but to sit tight. Bought at over 1 and failed to take a reasonable gain-short term (greed) bought again at 45p brought average price to 70p. A reasonable gain above this could tempt me to take a profit depending on market sentiment. However I still remain 'optomistic' of the future prospects for Kcom even if a breakup does not occur.

14.35 seems a planet away, I feel sure that we are not going to land there again! In the meantime I admire your courage in battling it out in your Kcom trades. I am most confident that patience will be rewarded in due course.

Too static, perhaps next week will liven up, particularly if 'Thus' produces anything outstanding on Monday

Little Woman,
kcom seems to have slipped into the shadows recently, as interims are due in 2 weeks, if you have time perhaps you could reintroduce the 2 day chart and pivot points that you previously posted. After all it is possible that a little more interest could develope in the company in the next few days.
