I have a few shares in Alkane,I got stung a bit when the shares were higher & bought some more at 10p.This is a good share to drip feed a little money into now and again,and forget about it.One day these shares will run(could be a week,could be a year????) and then it will be too late.
I know they have made mistakes but we know why the British business did'nt work(i.e.goverment help for CMM & the low price of electricty).The German buy seems a very good one,prices are much higher & the Germans are much more forward thinking.I think alkane will make money with their current plan,& if the British Goverment ever wakes up to CMM Alkane will really grow.
This isn't a sexy share but it is not as bad as its rep either.
