Is time right for a bounce back up (SN.)

After todays sudden drop, is it now right to invest for a quick bounce back as fundamentals still seem good

The way markets are it depends on what the Dow/FTSE do the rest of today/tomorrow.If good uptrend then could recover part of the loss
