Does anyone here invest in these? Investor's Chronicle had an article about commercial property in their special edition this month which has led me to look at some of these. TR Property Investment Trust and Trust of Property Shares look particularly strong. They are tradable via stock brokers as TRY and TPY respectively. The five-year growth is superb and commercial property is not correlated with the stock market which makes them a good diversification tool.

I'd be interested in any comments people have about these.
