Is anyone else investing directly into the Continental European markets?

I use http://www.iwebsharedealing.co.uk/ and though they're OK I'd be interested in knowing of other online brokers that offer EU share dealing.

There are some interesting shares over there - Total, France Telecom, EON, Deutsche Bank, MAN to name just a few and Germany especially may be poised on the start of a real growth story.

Munich Re has always been a bit of a muvva, brian.

With things uncertain on our markets I fancy the French market (with recent political change) may be due a lift, trouble is I have only ever traded on the LSE.

I'm only looking at straight forward share dealing and wonder If It's a practical, economic and generally feasible thing to consider doing via the web.

Wonder If anyone here has any practical experience of the above, before I look into it further. Thank You.
