Gone long on GFRD, short term to med term trade?.


Following a very strong trading statement last month, Panmure Gordon's analyst, Mark Hughes, is confident that not only will Galliford Try report a "strong" set of first half interim results, but that it will upgrade full-year forecasts.

He forecasts a pre-tax profit of £25.5 million, with net debt coming in at £70 million.

The stock is the most undervalued stock in the sector, trading on a 2012 price to earnings ratio of about 8.5 times, a 45% discount to the sector. The stock also offers a dividend yield of about 4.5%.

GF - I like GFRD - volume (or lack of) sometimes a problem, but a test of 530 looks possible. Interims on Wednesday.

GFRD looks way undervalued skinny. Hope results sort that.

POG storming along this morning, resource report thursday.

BPI & Aviva charts looking good Skinny.

Used to be some lovely gaps in BPI to day trade years ago - especially around 8.30. Don't know if that's still the case.

And to think I closed this at 370 last week.

BPI chart looks very tradeable (but a few do atm). I'm in AV from higher and lower - in other words, for the long(er) haul) :-)

SMP - which I sold on the 7th, is looking very good - although it can be gappy on quiet days. a break above 170 would be nice.

Correct skinny, stopped buying them (nicking the occassional one of the wife). This stopping smoking lark causing me to hallucinate, keep seing bears :O)
