Yeah the sooner cygan is replaced the better, why oh why haven't we bought a centre back or even promote hoyte, come on Arsene we need a centre back, now wouldn't it be nice to get Ledley...

seawallwalker - 24 Nov 2004 15:22 - 2092 of 7811

My Son is a sweeper and centre half and is just coming out of contract so Arsne can have him for the right money.....................

seawallwalker - 24 Nov 2004 15:23 - 2093 of 7811

Well now, up another 1/4p.

You have the Bridge!

AdieH - 24 Nov 2004 16:02 - 2096 of 7811

Lol they wish...From Tottenham to Arsenal to Chelsea (no way) - Was hoping we would get Terry... What sort of money are we talking about SWW...

chinapete - 24 Nov 2004 16:05 - 2097 of 7811

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;

You are probably an egotistical, self-opinionated pratt who should ponder the fact that other people are often right. If Mr Kipling had stuck to making cakes the world would be a better place!

Freddie "I say Cynthia, do you like Kipling?"

Cynthia "I don't know Freddie, I've never kippled"

Boom, Boom - there's no joke like an old joke!

Just kidding SWW!

I doubled these this AM at 17p - figured that if someone can buy 9m at 17p and expect to make a profit, why shouldn't it work for old china too.

CP

seawallwalker - 24 Nov 2004 16:08 - 2098 of 7811

CP no worries.

I have liked that bit ever since Mike Bassett nearly said it.

Meant to say that trading by th seat of your pants as you did is sometimes the best way. Looking at graphs is nice, and I just love those candle sticks, but you know what to do with them?

"We're playing 4-4- f***ing 2...........

That explains 42 which came up earlier.

Arsenal need to play 4-4-2!

mickeyskint - 24 Nov 2004 16:10 - 2099 of 7811

Where's Harry going to end up?

MS

seawallwalker - 24 Nov 2004 16:11 - 2100 of 7811

Dagenham - it's near his home.

mickeyskint - 24 Nov 2004 16:14 - 2101 of 7811

SWW

Nice one but he's better than that. How about Gillingham.

MS

seawallwalker - 24 Nov 2004 16:15 - 2102 of 7811

Gillingham and Redbridge, no, I think it's Daganham & Redbridge.

mickeyskint - 24 Nov 2004 16:16 - 2103 of 7811

SWW

Anyway if he really get's hard up he can join your missus on the front.

Rememeber me saying my boy is free?

He was trained by Paul Curbishley for a while and he said he had a hidden talent that no one could find.

Now that was a really nice compliment.

Can't understand why no one wants him in their team though!

hilary - 24 Nov 2004 16:27 - 2105 of 7811

I think that Mandaric has shot himself in the foot letting Harry and Jim go like that. Portsmouth could easily sink back into oblivion now. Clubs like Portsmouth need managers like Harry ..... vis-a-vis Leicester when O'Neill left and Wimbledon when Joe Kinnear left. Those guys have a knack of working on a shoestring budget and motivating their players to get 110% out of them.

Have Wolves got a new manager yet?

seawallwalker - 24 Nov 2004 16:29 - 2106 of 7811

Harry was rumoured for that post, (Wolves)

mickeyskint - 24 Nov 2004 16:33 - 2107 of 7811

Well said Hilary your so right. Bobby Robson is being interviewed for Wolves.

Fundamentalist - 24 Nov 2004 17:03 - 2108 of 7811

Hils - spot on - redknap is as good a manager there is with little budget to spend

DD - im told from someone who knows that chelsea are prepared to pay campbell 100k a week - matching his current contract at arsenal - his new contract at arsenal is said to have been pitched at 60k per week so we'll see if money speaks

Adie - Cygan - nuff said - would rather see Senderos get his chance

AdieH - 24 Nov 2004 18:20 - 2109 of 7811

Lol, don't think Sols on his way to the russian revolution at Chelsea, there are some people/players who show loyalty (Henry for one). We will see.

Rather follow a club that have the fundations and history rather than a playboy billionaire who could walk away at any time...

Time will tell.

daves dazzlers - 24 Nov 2004 20:11 - 2110 of 7811

Fundy i think sol will walk away from the arse, and over to the bridge, now he`s hooked up with dido . Is that right cambell has never asked for a transfer in his career?
