Rockhopper was established in 2004 with a strategy to invest in and undertake an offshore oil exploration programme in the North Falkland Basin. It was floated on AIM in August 2005. Rockhopper was the first company to make a commercial oil discovery in the Falklands. Today Rockhopper is the largest acreage holder in the North Falkland Basin, with interests in the Greater Mediterranean region.

The crow will be flying not swimming , no need to bother about the waves.

As water goes down the plughole in the opposite direction in the Southern Hemisphere, perhaps the crows don't follow the same flight pattern as here? I think we should form a research committee & ask for government funding.

Given the standard of some peoples research on RKH on this thread, I think funding would be hard to come by...except Pro and Marky of course!

Can you lot stop talking about how far the crow flies, and anything to do with birds. The last time one flew over me (a seagull) it Cr**ed all over my fish and chips, so not a good omen.

It's a very good omen if a bird dumps on you. Meant to be very good luck in western culture. Not good for your supper as bird poo is very alkaline!
"When Bird Droppings Land On Your Head
Many people believe this to be a major sign of wealth coming from heaven. Hence, although, it is really yucky and a major inconvenience, when something like this happens to you, take comfort in the fact that this is described as good luck being just around the corner! In fact, most things associated with birds tend to spell good fortune, such as when birds fly to your home and start making nests in and around your house. While bats bring abundance, birds bring good news and opportunities. Birds are also said to be powerful protectors and guardians. Even crows are said to be messengers of the Gods. "
