Some good news at last from this weeks Shares mag. Tim Freeborn revisits the company and altho no firm details are given about new deals he says they will be announced this quarter. I would think that this could be at the same time as the interim results are announced. I for one will be holding on cos they will fly sooner rather than later! ( 8.30% up today!)

I was expecting the interim announcement on the Monday 29th as this is the forecast date on their web page. Where has the 31st come from? I agree with you why will there be two announcements within 2 days of each other.....

do you honestly think that people dont find info out before it is announced? the monday announcement will be regarding bridgewell. the other contract updates with results. my previous info was not guessing. tim freeborn met the chairman and he did not stick to his promised timetable just as he has not this time! even though i accept it is not totally in his control.

Earthport, the Aim-listed electronic payments specialist, gained 4.3% to 3p on whispers that it has two contract announcements up its sleeve and is set to appoint Bridgewell as its new corporate broker.

Results out on Wed 31st for definate. Some kind gent on another board rang the company and they said 31st, so who are we to argue

yes, very large holder. on the basis of the deals the chairman is talking about it has great potential. timing of deals should improve... hopefully

Likewise, i hold several million. Hopefully these new advisors will remind the management that there are quite a few anxious shareholders out there who need to know abit more information than they have been giving out recently (ie F**k all.)

once again tim has been let down by the chairman. But the announcements are coming and you will know more on weds

Have a look at the current EPO BB over on ADVFN, then you'll come to realize that all is not rosy between us shareholders and EPO management, especially CEO Rob Cunningham, mainly for the very reason you have outlined. What they say and what actually happens are 2 VERY different things. Most worrying if i didnt believe in the unique product they have developed.

What do you mean ss ? Can the brokers influence the way in which news flow and management style at EPO is conducted ?

yes. good brokers make a difference. Bridgewell is broker and corporate adviser and they will work closely with epo. its upto the company to take the advise of the broker
