Looks as if we've had the pullback now. Was always going to happen after the last few days gains. I go out for a while and this happens! Still, it's been a great week so far. Back to 14p on the bid now.

grevis2 - 09 Jul 2004 14:01 - 217 of 1258

Looks as though Gartmore are responsible for the fall. They've taken some profit and have sold around 2.3 million.

Offer has just ticked back up to 14.75p!

gavdfc - 09 Jul 2004 15:33 - 221 of 1258

Looking much better now. Bid back to 14.5. How are the Hamlets holding out Grevis?

xmortal - 09 Jul 2004 15:38 - 222 of 1258

me watching closely now

grevis2 - 09 Jul 2004 15:42 - 223 of 1258

gavdfc: Only 17 Hamlets left! Mind you that's the third packet I've bought today. Given up the tea. Now on the brandy, LOL!

grevis2 - 09 Jul 2004 15:48 - 224 of 1258

The buyers are still rolling back in. 15p soon!

gavdfc - 09 Jul 2004 15:50 - 225 of 1258

Brandy and a cigar, will definitely help on a day like this! Had a bucket of tea myself today!

grevis2 - 09 Jul 2004 15:55 - 226 of 1258

gavdfc: I prefer cups myself!

grevis2 - 09 Jul 2004 15:57 - 227 of 1258

gavdfc: If the big buyers are still out there, then this is their witching hour.

gavdfc - 09 Jul 2004 16:09 - 228 of 1258

LOL, had enough cups to fill a bucket! Wonder what the last 20 mins will bring.

grevis2 - 09 Jul 2004 16:13 - 229 of 1258

The MMs have pushed up the offer to 15p but have dropped the bid to 14.25p.

gavdfc - 09 Jul 2004 16:22 - 230 of 1258

Bid showing as 14.5 on L2. 1m T trade just gone through at 16.5p.

grevis2 - 09 Jul 2004 16:27 - 231 of 1258

gavdfc: I've just noticed that 1 million as well.

grevis2 - 09 Jul 2004 16:35 - 232 of 1258

Well that's it for now. Not a bad finish. We got back to 15p on the offer as I'd hoped. Great fun. Have a nice weekend all!

gavdfc - 09 Jul 2004 16:35 - 233 of 1258

I wonder what it was. A buy at that price would be excellent! But i guess we won't know. End the day down 1, not too bad considering the profit taking and the gains earlier in the week.

xmortal - 09 Jul 2004 17:02 - 234 of 1258

Also there was a 100000 trade as protected protfolio. Whats that mean? Yes will wait and see what happens next monday b4 i jump again
