Rockhopper was established in 2004 with a strategy to invest in and undertake an offshore oil exploration programme in the North Falkland Basin. It was floated on AIM in August 2005. Rockhopper was the first company to make a commercial oil discovery in the Falklands. Today Rockhopper is the largest acreage holder in the North Falkland Basin, with interests in the Greater Mediterranean region.

I appreciate I sometimes try to lighten the mood, especially if things become quiet, but I always at least try to include sensible, comments on Rockhopper or anything connected to them.
This thread is becoming farcical. Can I suggest to these who wish to ignore Rockhopper to go to 'The Talk to Yourself Thread' as that is what it is for.
I appreciate there is a squelch button, but I am reluctant to use it as many on here do sometimes still have something relevant to say.
I do not wish to put anyones nose out of joint. I just don't want what was once a good thread to go the way of others.
