It is quiet. Just so you know, the CDN takeover is nailed at 112p, 1p per share of the proceeds will be distributed by POL as a special divi, qualifying date yet to be set but probably sometime in August. And the 10% share buyback that's been going on for the last year is also due to be completed in August. DYOR from there but don't sell.

Why the share price is so low?

40% dividend a year is great.

According to the results today, this company has combined asset and cash around 10p, IMO. Anyone disagree?
