Some good news at last from this weeks Shares mag. Tim Freeborn revisits the company and altho no firm details are given about new deals he says they will be announced this quarter. I would think that this could be at the same time as the interim results are announced. I for one will be holding on cos they will fly sooner rather than later! ( 8.30% up today!)

Yep it was a late trade so looking at the price, it was prbably a buy.

I wonder who is making all these 4 million trades.

dont bank on rise soon the last statement from company did not give any reason to buy you are looking to back end of year or early 2005 for any revenues then you are not sure how much people will spend.cheers woodie

Fred1new, if you write comments like that at least back them up with an argument. The Wanadoo contract has potential........but note the word 'has'. The success has nothing to do with Earthport........they have provided the technical infrastructure but the key will be the Wanadoo marketing to sell the wallet concept......if it succeeds I personally think Earthport will win many contracts off the back of this..........many investors have bought into this company without doing research they read a magazine and think um I'll have a punt on this............This stock will rise short-term on contract news if a couple of contract wins are reported close together. It will be 2005 when revenues on the new contracts will be shown on the bottom line......I for one thought it would be the end of 2004 when it would be a little 'gem' but realistically it looks like 2005.............but beware this share price will only take off if people buy into this 'wallet concept'....and if they do look at the share price in a few years time.....my opinion is people will........if they do I win if not my judgement was wrong......as simple as that..........

Calm down. I am holding more than a few of these shares. What you are suggesting is similar to what I suggested in post on these BB a few years ago and have read all the information and news releases over the last 6mths and perused the figures. But I think you are hopeful, but also consider it a bit of a punt. ( I am glad that my holdings in this share is a relatively small percentage of my overall portfolio, which I will be holding for quite a long time. The only diffiultu I find with shares like this are getting out whwn you wish to without sustaning an unreasonble loss due to the spread.

I'm always calm.....have to be with this one :-)............the spread is wide........yeah you may be right to get out and buy back in on the upturn. Have a good day also.
