Yep Im sticking with it Halifax. (live anywhere near Gibbet street??? my late father worked their for a engineering pattern makers) Its been a tempremental devil over last few days but I reckon too much good news in the pipeline to get shot of it. Im told Tip mag scsw are big fans so they should push it aswel over coming months. Certainly in right sector at moment. Government initiatives housing turn up etc etc.
