Pre IPO price 4p
Opening price on debut 25p
Floatation price 46p to raise 14million to extend Jolly Ranch
Current fair value estimate 114p
Market cap 70.59 million.
Value of Cisco Springs investments 98 million.
Value of Vogel investments 75 million.
Desparado trucking now Nightfox 250,000 for a 50% stake with partner Running Foxes.
Centurion Project Kansas, 150,000 for a 50% stake.
Jolly Ranch Colorado, 40,000 acres cost 356,000 for a 50% stake.
Cash in bank 7.75 million.
As this EPIC opens on AIM today anything could happen. On the one hand you have traders trying to cash in a sixfold profit. You will also have a clambering of traders after shares because, firstly they could only get 75% of their allocation because of demand. Secondly at 25p this company is still way under valued.

***THIS WAS POSTED BY ANOTHER USER ON Advfn***
I was at the AGM.
It was very well attended meeting with David Bramhill and Steve from Running Foxes producing an excellent presentation I have to say I think we were all VERY impressed with Steve, he really does appear to know his stuff.
All resolutions were passed and then the presentation on the different drills were discussed. CISCO pipework link up in the next 2 weeks, Steve commented that the link had provided opportunity to increase the flow straight to the buyers and not through 3rd parties, which was costing up to 30%. He said the Companies would hedge a certain amount of sells to guarantee the very important cash flow.
The Gas flow would be at 1.5m by next year increasing up to 8m as others wells came on line.
Devon project would be potentially ready in the Q1 to start.
Jolly Ranch is 3 parts, all of which had had some seismic study and all seemed to be showing higher expectations. There were some figures around but they were hard to hear. I am sure Curry heard them much better than me as he has remarkably large ears. He will update you when he gets back on his chuffer by about Friday.
The spirit of the AGM was very upbeat and ended with applause for David Bramhill for his excellent achievements with the Company, he commented that he had already spoken this week with highly experienced institutions and expected News flow to be continuing throughout the end of 2007 and into 2008.
One thing I did overhear was a Director clearly stating that the Company could be sold as early as 18 months, probably to a North American or Canadian Company (I think he was guessing)and that it was a clear strategy.
I was VERY impressed with the Company and its Directors.
Please do not read this as advice, its just my personal feedback to you.

Thanks Romethli, I know that David B's intention is to grow the company until its market capitalisation is circa 250m and then sell it. Currently this stands at 92m, so a little way to go yet, but I suppose that depends upon the right offer being made, holding until then. :-)
