I held DC. and made a few pennies.

But before you buy have a look at printed fundies.

I did and sold.

Could be wrong, but there quite a few shares who are trending up on what for me are to high PR and poorer earning promises.

Must admit took off the table all my S.B. on Friday, but did um and ar a bit and over selling ITV. But PR is 21 and div 4.3p .

A profit is a profit and it felt acceptable.

Perhaps, I jumped a little early.

Hoping for a drop tomorrow or Tues.

I think or hope, that it is tradeable intra-day

But feel this market is directionless.

i remain of the view that the markets are overdue a sharp correction, but the markets aren't listening to me, at least for now :-)

the key number to watch on dow must be 17,600 - i'll see if that needs fine-tuning later
if it closes sharply through that level, then a true correction may well follow

Wouldnt say it was red lights on this bull market yet maybe amber. Having said that.....

Going to start adding a few shorts to the folio now. Gone short on BRBY this afternoon doesnt look like breakout is sustainable and they flog a lot of gear in Japan, so that cant help.

Best type of stocks are the PI punter favourites ones tipped in tip sheets where all the lemmings are following each other and the domino effect gives you a quick return.

Cockneys Den epic CR on advfn is a good place to start.

that said, the initial downside is only small at say 17525 or thereabouts, but then it starts to fall away rather more sharply ... or at least that's what i am told, for i shan't boast of prowess which i do not possess

Well there is an up trend channel (floor more or less runs with 200 day EMA) and SP looks to be banging on the ceiling. A movement to the base of the ceiling or SP drop fails at 25 day or 50 day EMA?????.

Very subjective.

MACD is well overbought.

At the moment Id say we are on amber, but things can move very quickly down as you know.

Just hoping we have an xmas rally and then all bets off.

Anyway just sell a few stocks for a balanced folio.

SPX daily looks like its rolling over like the DOW. Just look at MACD.

AVON..... AVON RUBBER chart breakout on excelent results. Trades on a forward P/E of just over 15 to 2015.

PRU..Prudential stock breaking out to 10 year high A lot of broker backing yesterday. Deustche 19 Nov Buy 1,680.00

BBY Balfour Beatty looks to have based after an update yesterday that at last didnt include any nasty points. WATCH to buy if positive tomorrow.
