The Companys strategy is to utilise Ortacs highly experienced board and management team, together with its solid foothold in the Central European region, to consolidate additional exploration and development opportunities in the precious metal sector.
Having already acquired the necessary capital, the Company plans to update the resource, complete a scoping study and preliminary environmental and social impact assessments, and bring into production its initial asset, the Kremnica Gold Project in Slovakia.
The Company has identified several regional consolidation opportunities at various stages of development which are currently being evaluated to significantly increase Ortacs resource inventory and maximise shareholder value. Third party companies with advanced staged projects in the region which can be fast-tracked to achieve near term production are also being actively sought and evaluated.

Shareprice is a shambles, seems like the only way is down for this share, even when undervalued... Shocking.

The thing thats killing the buzz for me though, is that it doesn't rise to the the occasion (quite litterally).
Very frustrating, but at this price its also got me thinking, "surely its got to rise now?"

I have been telling myself that since it dropped below 2p and have bought in steadly but it seems confound me every time. As for the viagra suggestion, I feel that a short term stiffening followed by a headache is just not what we are after!!!

Facts are:
1) 10m in the bank + 2m VGM shares
2) Drilling results are better than what was used in the modelled data, some samples were 20g/tonne, it only needs to be 0.5g to be profitable
3) Progress has been very quick so far, drilling results will be frequent over the coming months
4) JORC upgrade is likely to be autumn judging by the speed so far, Kreminca alone could be 2m oz gold and there will be a higher % in measured/indicated that's a fact
5) Lucila exploration has started, this could mean an extra 1moz, very exciting as its not been explored yet, being next door to Kremnica it's very exciting
6) Progress is being made on Brazil iron ore asset
7) Ortac have millions of VGM shares, these are forecast to rise once they sort themselves out (hopefully this year)
8) share price is only 1.03ish p, this is a 31% discount to the oversubscribed placing at 1.50p
9) Production is set to commence in 2013, this is targeted to be 100K oz pa
10) Market cap is c25m (half is cash/shares), on production this is likely to be c100m+
11) It's in Europe, safe political area, the Kremnica locals are behind the project to increase local prosperity
12) The problems in Greece look to be resolved for now
13) Gold is forecast is rise (has done every year)
14) Brokers have targeted this at 3p+ based on where we are now, we've been there before last Xmas so no reason it can't be done again if the above are accurate
15) Good chance of a takeover bid, VGM directors sit on the board at Ortac and vice versa, they will know it inside out..
I think there are enough reasons above to make this a strong buy, fill your boots while you can before the big boys come out and snap these up!!

Hmmm! music to my straining ears, I dont agree with the Greek assessment, but all in all its what has kept me buying in although I felt like the lone voice in the wilderness and became riddled with self doubt. I need some good news as Rab capital are to delist and are offering 10p per share which is about 35% what I paid!! So if a Hedge fund of that magnitude gets it wrong its surprising we still eat??? Thank you for your posting Moneyman hope you live up to your tag!!

About your point 12. moneyman, I don't think Greece has had much of an impact on otc anyway, shareprice was dropping before the Greece situation was announced...
