Flys through resistance aswel. He tipped it yesterday on his site. Will have sent out private subscription e-mails prior. Then theirs his thread on advfn and then theirs cross posting articles on other sites. And then theirs his back ups and seminars.

Yes I think you're right GF. The sector has also underperformed the broader equity indexes (e.g. FTSE All-World or All Share) for some time.
