What is cloud cumputing??. Not a tech person. keep hearing this reference.

What cloud computing really means

What in the World is Cloud Computing?

If you use Google docs you use cloud computing. We use it heavily. Also backup to the cloud constantly.

At 1st hand it looks like what I used to refer to as network computing.

In other words you entrust your private information to an ouside agency....... wait for their security to be breached.

Its not just data, but also software.

Too old for computers when i was at school. Cheap woolies calculator was looked upon as a luxury must have fashion item. (equivalent to IPAD today)

Yep the 90s that was a decade and a half...... LOL.

I've been speaking to a few techie guy's in the industry and I don't think anyone really knows the potential of Cloud, it's developing all the time and the bigger player's like Sage have seen most of their growth through Cloud as opposed to servicing their existing networks as more and more corporate's look to switch over. Anyway that's enough of the fundamental guff, the chart looks good so :)

Strategic review update (dividend cut?).

Gone long on FENR Fenner. Jumped gun on lower indicators a little but its in good nick and trades on a forward P/E of just over 11 to 2013. Too cheap. Results 25th of April, hoping we get a good run up to them.

PSPI now down 44.1%.

FGP remains friendless.

Well what a cracking start to Q1. Gone long on BLT (BHP Billiton) today in the unloved mining sector.

*Mining Sector Doji posted on 29/03/2012 with the lower indicators (Stochs/RSI/MACD all turning up). There was also a Bullish MACD Divergence recorded on 30/03/2012
*BLT had an inverted Hammer posted 29/03/2012
*Stochs/RSI/Fast MACD line crossing Slower line
*Bullish MACD divergence recorded 30/03/2012
*Good buying volume last 2 days
*ATR exhausted indicating bears running out of steam
