Now don't confuse me Dave - small bunny, big ears, tiny brain.
No I'll leave it at the gold one, it's as good-er looser as any!
Not that I want to put anyone off of course, but I am picking
all the donkeys at this race meeting and see no reason why that
might change. ;>)
Well i'm on my way home to the burrow where the days washing is
waiting now to be ironed - even on a sunny day there's always
an element of 'pay-back' isn't there!! LOL
;>)

I'm here, nobody else seems to be though. Another horse heading for the knackers yard today. If I ever pick a winner, I'll probably have a heart attack.

Was it the mention of the knackers yard that reminded you? LOL. Thanks, progressing well. Now able to eat and drink reasonably well and expected to go home on Friday. Very frail now so every day is a bonus.

Betting Forecast: 7/2 Kicking King, 4/1 Beef Or Salmon, Strong Flow, 9/2 Celestial Gold, 8/1 Grey Abbey, Rule Supreme, 10/1 Sir Rembrandt, 12/1 Pizarro, 20/1 Therealbandit, 33/1 Take The Stand, 50/1 Royal Auclair, Tiutchev, 100/1 Ballycassidy, Truckers Tavern, 200/1 Venn Ottery, 500/1 Astonville,
SPOTLIGHT VERDICT: Inevitably some of the gloss has been taken off the race with the absence of Best Mate and other serious fancies but an intriguing renewal nonetheless. There is a world of difference between the easy 3m at Kempton and the extra two and a half furlongs over the stiffer course here, especially with Grey Abbey to ensure a true test, but KICKING KING is worth the chance. Barry Geraghty rode him to draw the sting out of Azertyuiop in the King George, which is the best form this season (would have won much more decisively but for his last-fence blunder), and is sure to make much less use of him this time. Celestial Gold is feared most.[FC]

Evening all,
Once again congrats to the winners, but especially gardyne, our resident hat-trick hero, surely now champion elect.
jeffmack,
Is it still the rule that if you win ALL the races in the comp you are automatically barred for life...:-)
And please put all I am allowed on GREY ABBEY E/W
Nice of Fundy to leave some bubbly about...rude not to accept, cheers! and good luck to all participants tomorrow, the final race!
