VOG is presently drilling Well 104 in its West Medvezhye field,and expected to reach depth in 4 weeks from spud date of 30th June, that makes 27th July(this week).
Results of testing will be sometime mid/late August, with a positive outcome
it could be HUGH.
With estimates of 134BILLION cubic metres of GAS and 201 Million barrels of Gas
Condensate,it will be a Company Maker. The field is in the area of the largest gas field in the WORLD.
Other assets include Kemerkol in Kazakhstan, with C1 reserves of 8.7MBO
and C2 reserves of7.8MBO. Another acquistion is Tamdykol with potental
reserves of 34MBO, it also has interest in 2 blocks in the North Sea.

Not too bad of a day.........next target, is to sustain 3p, then gradual increases up to 9p+. The rise will take to end of November I feel (IMO)!

Has bounce around a little bit today........Will settle around 3p, with gradual rise towards the 4p mark (IMO).

I'm thinking of trading "in and out" while it ranges between 3/4p. IMO, I do not think it will accelerate much prior to mid-November............Whereby, possibilities of a take-over.........Just the rumours that are banging around at the moment?

Just had a look at them, sp down so I think it is going to have to motor in a week to get it up to those levels but stranger things have happened.

Independent CPR on the Logbaba Gas and Condensate Field

Victoria Oil & Gas Plc (AIM: VOG), the oil and gas exploration and production company with assets in Cameroon and the FSU, is pleased to announce the publication of an independent Competent Person's Report ("CPR") compiled by petroleum and gas industry specialists ERC Equipoise Limited ("ERCE") on its producing Logbaba gas and condensate field in Cameroon.

· Independent reserve auditors confirm a 50% increase in total 1P Reserves and 1C Contingent Resource gas volumes.

· 1P (Proven) Reserves of 39.1 bcf, plus 32.7 bcf of 1C Contingent Resources, giving potential 71.8 bcf of producible gas (gross), plus 1.14 mmbbls condensate.

Oil firm Victoria Oil & Gas (LON:VOG) saw its pre-tax loss widen in the year to 31 May 2012 from $4.7 million to $7.7 million.

The company noted its Logbaba project in Cameroon had commenced production in July 2012 and said it expects production and cash flow from the development to 'ramp up significantly over the coming months.'

Oh dear this goes from bad to worse!!!
