Morning chaps!

Lunch will be simple again today, various items will be
on the charcoal grill outside, namely:

Chicken legs, rump steak, whole trout (minus head and tail!)
pork sausages, hot doggies and veggie burgers.

Also available:

Healthy, olive oil roasted potato wedges, onion, mushrooms,
aubergine, peppers, courgette and sweet potatoes.
Mixed green salad also for those feeling summery!

Usual buns, baps, french bread etc etc in the kitchen - help
yourselves when hungry.

I'm going to have an ice-cream sundae with fresh strawberries,
chocolate ice-cream, a layer of nuts and choclate flakes,
raspberries, more ice-cream...vanilla I think then blackberries,
more vanilla ice-cream, finished off with
a layer of thick double cream on the top 1/2 inch thick and toasted
almonds on top of that, should all fit in this half pint glass
- calories? Goodness knows and I don't care!!
