Sp halved today, after Co. issues a large block of shares.

Odd then that Co said in Oct 2012, (DYOR) they had "record profits" - yet within two months* they are shafting shareholders, by way of the slack-shares issued for the Pension Fund (my words) . . . as always, I could be wrong . . . but this co. is not well-covered here. [Last=2Oct2012].

* since this arrangement must have been initiated before the Christmas break in Dec.
