Kolar Gold (KGLD)

David10brook - 23 Jan 2017 10:10

Just starting to look over this company. Reorganised soon to be rebranded with a wealth of assets. Looks interesting I have no holdings as yet.

All views welcomed.

David10brook - 27 Jun 2017 20:27 - 24 of 50

Things are hotting up a touch with Lion Gold.

I thing a rerating is on the cards and tad over due.

It's such a shame that there is no interest in this share here as the market seems to have awakened to its potential.

I will shut up now as I am beginning to bore myself and before I get accused of ramping may I just add.......well worth a punt. But as always DYOR.

GOOD LUCK ONE AND ALL EVEN IF YOU DO IGNORE ME.

Don't think people are ignoring you David, thanks for posting. Glad your doing okay.

A very healthy week for the Lion with the SP is moving nicely in the right direction.

Also the following adds a little flavour.

Lionsgold's Cameron Parry on the ground in Finland ahead of bulk sampling

Always do your own research, I have done a barrel full which is why I have invested rather strongly here.

Good luck to all and have a great weekend!

David10brook - 07 Jul 2017 00:23 - 28 of 50

Nothing has changed just deadlines, a temporary set back!

Still happy to be holding!

David10brook - 11 Nov 2017 10:31 - 29 of 50

Just a brief update as things are getting on nicely at Lion.

After the deadline failure, all is back on track with the added bonus of bringing Mr Davis former CEO over at RT. His vast experience of mining in India will prove invaluable with the alleged massive untapped gold reserves on and in the Kolar goldfields.

To me it looks like the concrete of the launch pad is setting nicely and I can see clearly the huge future potential especially now as the goldplatform has FCA approval.

I feel this is indeed a rare bird, a multi, multi bagger and I have invested rather heavily taking advantage of the recent lows.

There is much more compellingly interesting information I could add, but if I enthusiastically rambled on undoubtedly I will get the accusation of UNWARRANTED RAMPING throw at me.

Therefore please let me conclude by stating that I sincerely feel that those doing some serious heads down research into LIONSGOLD PLC, can't fail to realise the potential investment here.

JUST had to add this synopsis. It's too good not to post up.

I SINCERELY TRUST THAT SOME HERE WERE ABLE TO NAB THE MASSIVE GAINS OVER THE PAST FEW DAYS. IF YOU MISSED THEM HANG ON THERE IS A LOT MORE TO COME IN THE NEXT WEEKS. THE POTENTIAL HERE IS MASSIVE IF THAT IS YOU KNOW YOUR CRYPTOS...AND THATS NOT TO MENTION THE GOLD MINING.

GOOD LUCK ONE AND ALL.

Chris Carson - 04 Dec 2017 23:10 - 32 of 50

Must admit David, had given up on these. Bought a few @1.9p last Friday 1st. Fingers crossed looking good.

I can only say this once as I will be accused of ramping when in fact I simply pointing to the best, in my opinion, opportunity around. But if in any doubt please just stop reading here and don't even considering buying in just walk away until Monday's close then come back here and I Wager you will be kicking yourselves. But please post up your comments.

Fintech Gold Update - Goldbloc

Lionsgold, the gold-focused exploration company with assets in India and Finland, and a fintech subsidiary that provides online accounts backed by physical gold, is pleased to report on its work in developing its offering under its majority owned subsidiary TRAC Technology Ltd ("TRAC") with a view to providing a global digital currency backed by gold ("Goldbloc") (www.goldbloc.com).

Highlights

· Goldbloc aims to provide the convenience and utility of a fiat currency bank account, but representing direct ownership of physical gold by the Goldbloc holder.

· Each Goldbloc unit will represent 1/1,000 of a gram of physical gold (approximately £0.03 based on the current gold spot price) and shall be divisible to two decimal places.

· Goldbloc is the evolution of TRAC's offering of an online physical gold holding and trading account to become a gold-backed digital currency and banking platform.

· To achieve this TRAC has partnered with RAILSBANK Limited (www.railsbank.com) to integrate its exchange platform and accounts ledger with RAILSBANK's banking and compliance platform that is designed to connect a global network of partner banks through its proprietary application programming interface ("API").

· Market research on Goldbloc is being conducted during November around the upcoming product(s), services and pricing models, with the initial Goldbloc product scheduled for release by the end of this year.

Cameron Parry, Lionsgold CEO, commented: "We are delighted to be able to announce Goldbloc which we have been developing within Lionsgold's fintech subsidiary. Goldbloc is designed to be used as a gold-backed digital currency and banking platform, to enable individuals to hold their wealth securely in gold and spend their gold with the convenience of everyday banking.

"We are also pleased to report that TRAC's CEO Ralph Hazell is working with Nigel Verdon (founder of Currency Cloud) and his RAILSBANK co-founder Clive Mitchell and their team to utilise the RAILSBANK global banking and compliance platform.

Mastercard Will Now Let You Pay With Blockchain—But Not Bitcoin

Why Blockchain Will Change Everything
From insurance, to airplane manufacturing, to tracking a fruit's shipment history, blockchain is a powerful tool that is already revolutionizing business.

For the first time, Mastercard is offering the ability to send money over a blockchain rather than by swiping a credit card.

After developing its own version of the bitcoin technology over the past couple of years, Mastercard (MA, +0.27%) announced Friday that it is now opening up its blockchain to certain banks and merchants as an alternative—and potentially more efficient—method of paying for goods and services.

In a sign that mainstream adoption of the technology underpinning cryptocurrency is increasing, Mastercard is the second Fortune 500 company this week to begin facilitating blockchain payments. On Monday, IBM (IBM, +0.81%) revealed that it had also begun processing payments over its own proprietary blockchain between banks in the South Pacific.

Like IBM, Mastercard is also targeting cross-border payments between businesses as the primary purpose for its blockchain, which can only be used by invitation. The Mastercard blockchain, however, differs from the tech giant’s in an important way: While the IBM blockchain only transmits money in the form of Lumens, a virtual currency created by the non-profit Stellar, Mastercard’s blockchain operates independently of a cryptocurrency, and instead accepts payments in traditional local money.

“We are not using a cryptocurrency, and we are not introducing a new cryptocurrency, because that introduces other challenges—regulatory, legal challenges,” says Justin Pinkham, a senior vice president at Mastercard Labs, who leads the credit card company’s blockchain initiatives. “If you do a payment, then what we can do is move those funds in the way that we do today in fiat currency.”

That also stands in contrast to the normal ways blockchains have typically been used until now—where they act as a ledger of transactions in the specific cryptocurrency to which they were tied, such as bitcoin and Ethereum.

On the other hand, Pinkham says, Mastercard has one advantage that the bitcoin blockchain doesn’t have: A settlement network that includes 22,000 banks and financial institutions around the world. (IBM has announced 13 banks that it plans to include in its network.) After all, Pinkham adds, companies still predominantly rely on government-issued currency to do business, making it impractical to convert cash into cryptocurrency, or vice versa, for each blockchain payment. “Even in the bitcoin system you need a bitcoin exchange that could exchange bitcoin for euro, so it creates some complications,” Pinkham

I sincerely trust that some here followed me on this and made some money. For those digging around it should not take you long to realise that this really is a unique rare gem of a company.

I can't say anymore on this as from here on in the SP will be talking for me while I search out the next fortune maker. Admittedly, this does take time and patience, my last massive hit was some years back with BEM.

ANYWAY GOOD LUCK WITH ALL YOUR ENDEAVOURS.

Chris Carson - 14 Dec 2017 10:01 - 40 of 50

Well done here David, been a gem. Give us the nod on the next one :0)

David10brook - 14 Dec 2017 20:30 - 41 of 50

Will do Chris but they all take so much time to research. No problem there as I enjoy sifting and exposing to get at the ones with good potential.

Not to worry though there is plenty, and I mean plenty of mileage to go with the Lion. We are waiting for announcements which should prove to be extremely beneficial.

Expecting further upward movement tomorrow and into next week but be watchful for a slight temporary inevitable fall back in the SP as the market takes stock and weaker holders get out for the holidays.
