VOG is presently drilling Well 104 in its West Medvezhye field,and expected to reach depth in 4 weeks from spud date of 30th June, that makes 27th July(this week).
Results of testing will be sometime mid/late August, with a positive outcome
it could be HUGH.
With estimates of 134BILLION cubic metres of GAS and 201 Million barrels of Gas
Condensate,it will be a Company Maker. The field is in the area of the largest gas field in the WORLD.
Other assets include Kemerkol in Kazakhstan, with C1 reserves of 8.7MBO
and C2 reserves of7.8MBO. Another acquistion is Tamdykol with potental
reserves of 34MBO, it also has interest in 2 blocks in the North Sea.

It has excellent management team led by Kevin Foo, who hopes to turn it into
a Mid Cap Company(�500m+) in the not to distant future.
As i stated earlier in the post, Drilling is almost complete so it won't be long to Lift Off?

The buys far out weigh the sells but still it goes down - I got back in about 3p last year sometime and all they have done since is go down. Weird share this is. Mind you so are most of mine haha!!!

don't feel like the lone ranger as i still hold some - only about 30,000 - that i inherited in some t/o scam ..... i also lost a bundle many years ago when, if memory serves me aright, they were close to 250 and then collapsed in a heap of dust

Same with me Cynic.. I got in a long time ago at £2..not too many though.. I bought some more a few months back at 2.75p and still they go down..I have only about 18000 shares now. It's grim at the moment! we'll see how it goes. GLA!

Operational Update and Commitment from Societe Generale

Highlights:

· 15 customers now taking gas from Logbaba at a combined average daily production of 2.8 million standard cubic feet per day ("mmscf/d")

· Commitment from Societe Generale for a US$15 million reserve based lending facility

VOG is pleased to announce continued progress on the execution of its gas strategy in Cameroon. Since the Company's last update on 21 December 2012, a further four customers have been commissioned and have commenced gas consumption. In total, the Company now has 15 contracted customers taking gas and there remain a further 10 contracted customers that await conversion of their facilities to take gas. This is an increase from six customers taking gas in November 2012.

Initial Equity Financing

The Company has placed 510,000,000 ordinary shares (the "Initial Placing Shares") at a price of 1.6 pence each ("Initial Placing") for gross proceeds of £8.2 million. The Initial Placing Shares have been allotted and issued utilising the Company's existing share allotment authorities subject only to the admission of the shares to trading on AIM.

Secondary Placing and Shareholder Approval

To enable the issue of the remaining new ordinary shares pursuant to the Placing, the Company will be required to refresh its authorities to issue new ordinary shares. Shareholder approval for the placing of a further 955,329,020 ordinary shares ("Secondary Placing Shares"), at the Placing Price ("Secondary Placing"), to raise an additional £15.3 million before expenses, shall therefore be sought at a General Meeting to be held at VOG's offices at Hatfield House, 52-54 Stamford Street, Blackfriars, London SE1 9LX at 11 a.m. on Friday, 1 March 2013. Shareholder approval to update the existing Directors' authorities to allot shares will also be sought at this General Meeting. Completion of the Secondary Placing will therefore be conditional on, inter alia, the passing of the resolutions to be proposed at the General Meeting.

Formal notice of the General Meeting will be posted to shareholders as soon as practicable and will be is available from the Company's website at www.victoriaoilandgas.com. A further announcement will be made on posting.
