I think you can use the "width" (or similar) attribute - maybe worth asking Ian on the bugs thread to see if there is a more efficient way of doing ?

skinny - 19 Apr 2012 16:04 - 2414 of 3532

As I said - I'm no expert, there must be a way of setting it just for the header.

goldfinger - 19 Apr 2012 16:06 - 2415 of 3532

Think it looks ok .

jonuk76 - 19 Apr 2012 16:08 - 2416 of 3532

Is it supposed to be 3 charts wide now?

goldfinger - 19 Apr 2012 16:17 - 2417 of 3532

NO gone back to normal as when I post a new chart above it for some reason leaves a chart off and a X showing. Drat.

Ill have a word with ian but I only know basics of this code.

skinny - 19 Apr 2012 16:19 - 2418 of 3532

I think you need (somehow to set the width at the beginning of the charts in the header and then reset it after the charts in the header - but as I said I'm no expert - unlike Ian!

skinny - 19 Apr 2012 16:34 - 2419 of 3532

BTW - if you want it done in COBOL or SCL - then I'm your man

jonuk76 - 19 Apr 2012 16:40 - 2420 of 3532

More one for long term investors than a trading buy as it don't move around that much, but it popped up on a stock screen I've been using as having a bullish chart pattern. Divi yield 4.65%-ish, but is trading at a 6%-ish premium to NAV.

skinny - 19 Apr 2012 16:45 - 2421 of 3532

Excellent share - I've had them for a couple of years, but not much interest on here for them unfortunately.

goldfinger - 19 Apr 2012 16:50 - 2422 of 3532

That stockk keeps coming up on my system jonuk as a BUY. The number of times in last couple of months , mind it is a 52 week high setting ive got aand this time it looks like its broken through. CHEERS.

goldfinger - 19 Apr 2012 16:51 - 2423 of 3532

Skinny you a mathmatician?.

jonuk76 - 19 Apr 2012 16:57 - 2424 of 3532

Cheers. It's one to tuck away in the sensible portfolio with dividend re-investment I think.

goldfinger - 19 Apr 2012 16:58 - 2425 of 3532

Anyone know a site that uses KST lower indicator on British charts??????????

skinny - 19 Apr 2012 17:01 - 2426 of 3532

Ex techie programmer type! There are a few of us on here.

goldfinger - 19 Apr 2012 17:03 - 2427 of 3532

Cynic isnt one ........surely not.

skinny - 19 Apr 2012 17:06 - 2428 of 3532

I very much doubt it!

jonuk76 - 19 Apr 2012 18:24 - 2429 of 3532

GF, I don't know any sites with KST as an option but the basic formula is here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KST_oscillator. It's downloadable as a custom indicator for ProRealTime which has UK coverage.

goldfinger - 20 Apr 2012 02:34 - 2430 of 3532

Is pro real time still free for about 9 months Jonuk?. Cheers for the download by the way.

KST doesnt figure on any I have searched for...... drat.

goldfinger - 20 Apr 2012 10:12 - 2431 of 3532

This market is getting more and more volatile. Good job I can use shorts to hedge agains losses on longs. Individual losses arent that big in fact portfolio is moderatly up over past 2 weeks but Im very unsure as to which way this market is going.

Anyone have a clue??.

skinny - 20 Apr 2012 10:28 - 2432 of 3532
