COMMENCEMENT OF TEXAS FRACTURE STIMULATION PROGRAM

Further to last week's announcements, Range Resources Limited ("Range" or "the
Company") is pleased to announce that the fracture stimulation program of the
Russell-Bevly #1 well commenced on Sunday, February 13th, as equipment was
moved in and set up at the well site, with the initial stage of the multi-stage
stimulation program beginning early this week. Consistent with past fracture
stimulations performed within the region, the Russell-Bevly #1 program is
expected to yield greatly improved flow rates and recovery, which should
significantly increase cash flow from the field.

The Company also confirms that the Ross 3H horizontal well in Texas (East
Cotton Valley) is expected to spud later this month.

As per Range's announcement on 27 January 2011, the Company has drawn down GBP
3,000,000 of its GBP20,000,000 facility.

Range also announces the issue of the following securities:

* 22,145,815 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares being issued upon exercise of listed
options (A$0.05, 31 December 2011);

* 38,022,814 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares being issued at 7.89p per share upon
the drawdown of its equity line of credit facility over past two weeks (27
Jan - 10 Feb) (as above); and

* 4,250,000 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares being issued as part of technical
consulting arrangements for the Texas projects.

Range will apply for admission of the new shares to trading on both the ASX and
AIM markets, with an expected admission date on AIM of 22 February 2011.

Following the issue of these securities the total number of securities on issue
are as follows:

255,806,147 Listed Options (RRSO) (A$0.05, 31 December 2011)

More good news...took a few profits like everybody else....but I don't think that you can keep this one down....only a matter of time before we are into the twenties with this....

That would be absolutely fantastic as you must have all realised by now my Portfolio so to speak is c..p. Need a lot of good luck here. 10p down a share on Yell and that is only one aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!! Good luck everyone. RRL is on brokermandaniel again!!!

HARRYCAT - 15 Feb 2011 09:44 - 250 of 5221

How to release 'good news' along with 'not so good news'. Fracture stimualtion going well, but dilution coming and a draw down of their loan facility. Many of the new shares are either free issue or heavily discounted to the current sp.

required field - 15 Feb 2011 09:50 - 251 of 5221

That's hardly bad news Harrycat......if they have a drawn down facility : they are going to use it.....this has a lot going for it over the coming months.

HARRYCAT - 15 Feb 2011 09:54 - 252 of 5221

I don't consider an extra issue of approx 65 million shares at a heavily discounted price to be very good news if you are already a holder. (good news for those waiting for a drop maybe).

At least it's out of the way....

cynic - 15 Feb 2011 10:02 - 254 of 5221

and so am i with a just a few quid profit, but better than none i guess

required field - 15 Feb 2011 10:05 - 255 of 5221

I would buy some now and tuck away....come back in a few months time and they should be a lot higher....

HARRYCAT - 15 Feb 2011 10:06 - 256 of 5221

Or wait until the 22nd?

required field - 15 Feb 2011 10:08 - 257 of 5221

What happens on the 22nd ?....sorry...

HARRYCAT - 15 Feb 2011 10:09 - 258 of 5221

I bet you .....not much happens.....you won't get the big drop.....

required field - 15 Feb 2011 10:59 - 260 of 5221

Starting to climb again.....so much potential.....perhaps 20p this time ?...hope so....

3 monkies - 15 Feb 2011 11:07 - 261 of 5221

Have you noticed how they have been putting a lot of large sells through at a delayed time again, just wondering what time of the day they might put some earlier large buys through, if any!!!!! Hope they continue to climb for all our sakes. I obviously didn't buy mine at 4p what a surprise haha!! Still making a nice profit for me anyway hope you the same.

required field - 15 Feb 2011 11:10 - 262 of 5221

Another burst.....this will bring back the profit takers...indeed...just topped up myself.....go baby go.....

required field - 15 Feb 2011 11:12 - 263 of 5221

ttttttttt...chooo.....chooo....steaming away.......now where's the horn ?.....

3 monkies - 15 Feb 2011 11:17 - 264 of 5221

No answer to that one!!!!!!!!!!

cynic - 15 Feb 2011 11:23 - 265 of 5221

sold too early - never mind, it was still a profit even if only very small

3 monkies - 15 Feb 2011 11:24 - 266 of 5221

Pardon my ignorance required field but when one tops up, does one have to buy more than ones initial stake to bring the original stake something in line with the latter stake? Your all probably wondering what the hell is she on about but I haven't a clue with that one. (not that I seem to have a clue about anything but I would be interested to know how it works). Many thanks. I understand how it works in the reverse order.
