I decided to mount a one-woman campaign against a very over-grown
and established pyracanthia on the weekend.

Who won depends on your point of view!
I got the height and spread of it down so could be said to have won
the war. But on basic battle 'damage' it won by a mile!!!
Very sore and scratched arms & hands now on the bunny.

Actually I think I'll have one of those do'nuts too!

Just got tree-shook (?) out of a position and what with builders and painters making concentration difficult in the house, a cuppa sounds very attractive

That's torn it. It's not my waistline that is the issue, its when I get a treat she's not allowed that she gets upset. Now I'll have to work on earning some brownie points.

I've just spent two hours clearing up my garden. Cleared out all the dead winter detritus, clipped back a few geranium bushes and found one variety happily in bloom already. A bin liner full of rubbish but I feel all righteous, so I'll put the tea on, shall I?

Couldn't be bothered with a cake, so I've rustled up a Rhubarb Crumble, with fresh custard, if anyone's got an attack of the snacks.

Oh snack attack!! LOL!! I'll go for one of those but just a little
bowl for me, have to leave room for my dinner later. ():>)
