AEP is looking hot on the bullish stocks. Might have some of that action tomorrow.

This market has frightened me for 18months.

But the remark of there will be one hell of a bull market will probably right.


There is a lot of money which disappeared from the market and waiting on the sidelines.

Possibly, praying that their coinage won't devalued in one way or another.

Weighting towards Bearish stocks goes on as the market is in general decline.

Flogged all my trading longs bar RPO and HSBC this morning. Greeks going to another elections then all that farting about after.... like before christmas. Rather take a small loss than a big one 6 weeks down lines.

Fed up of shearing tops off aswel.

Made this strategic decision in the pub late last night after 10 pints and I had crawled all the way there after market closed at 4.30.

Their are temptations around with all these stock so cheap but they will probably be cheaper further down the track.

Done exactly the same GF, closed everything yesterday morning including shorts. Markets will still be here in September. Wife is having a hip replacement next week so will be back and forwards to the hospital, hopefully she will only be in for a week but will be pretty much inactive for six weeks. Also want to enjoy whatever kind of summer we get golf, bowls, gardening etc. Trying to trade just isn't an option at the moment.

Hope all goes well Chris - not sure about golf,bowls etc - it sounds like its going to be cooking, cleaning, ironing etc. :-)

Actually more like 20 pints but lost count at 10. Pissed as a fart but remember watching newsnight and that figure of - 1.9% growth if Greeks bail out of Euro.

Yep Chris sensible thing to do. Think Ill have my shorters hat on but longs only special situations for a while.

Yep with summer coming up and all the sports dont want to be looking over my shoulder all the time at greece. Plus theirs some decent skirt hanging about on twitter at the moment.

Cheers GF, your right about the cooking, cleaning, ironing etc really looking forward to that (not). Golf and bowls will be the outlet, as far as the markets are concerned lot more pain to come I would imagine, sitting in front of a computor attempting to hedge positions won't be fun.

Nice rally for getting out of longs. In my opinion its fools gold being offered here especially after seeing update on Greece situation this lunch time.

Opened a few long spreads this morning to catch up with losing positions .I still think there is a few bargains around if you dont mind holding.
Im like you GF looking forward to the summer of sport.........start with the French Open then Eastbourne (i will be going to that one) Wimbledon ,David Haye fighting again (i will be going to that too) and the olympics (wont be going to that)
