Some punters on another thread are saying, 1 by Xmas.
Don't usually mention another companies shares on a thread, but, I remember when there were multiple posts regarding another share of, '1 by Christmas'. In fact for those who were in it at the time, Stanelco, the saying was 35 by Xmas. That share is now languishing at .04p.
Well 3 things spring to mind.
1 In no way is this another Stanelco, as they have a product many are interested in and will soon be queuing up to buy.
2 AFC management appear to be doing a fantastic job.
3 The way this share is going, the only way for this to reach 1 by Xmas is for Xmas to come a few weeks early.
It is getting even more difficult to not be carried away with this share.

Cynic,
I agree. It is still pretty much built on potential. I am keeping my feet on the ground, and might, just might, join a few who are selling just enough so that the remainder of their holdings are having a free ride.

GM yes,how does one value such a company, your point of overvalued on fundimentals but undervalued on potential seems to cover it? Mind you not complaining just sitting back and enjoying the ride.

i have a notional "norm stake" ..... it follows that 30% is 30% of that!

RF,
I also found Cynics post a bit confusing. We must both be a bit thick.
It is always far easier for the person stating something to understand it than it is for another person reading it.
I have sometimes posted or said, some statement that to me is as clear as day, but others have found to be as clear as mud, (especially to my wife).
I have always liked the following saying of which there are several interpretations,
I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but, I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
Cynic... No offense intended.

i (almost) never take offense ..... i don't post the quantum of my "norm stake", as it's actually fairly irrelevant ..... however, the % of same gives an idea of my view of the risk/reward ..... personally, i thought it all pretty obvious and clear

This has a lot further to go but how much in the short term ?.....in the long run...2 or 3 years it could be worth as high as 10 pounds if dozens of companies step in.....at the present moment it is impossible to fathom what we could call a top before settling somewhere.....it has momentum at the moment because of the enormous potential and this is being acknowledged by investors.l

RF,
Also took profit. Sold just a tad over the amount that now gives me a free ride.
The sp is now up 5p over my sell price of yesterday, so not feeling smug at all.
Still a free ride is just that.
So good luck to those who have not sold any during this rise, but I just felt that AFC was just a bit too heavy in my share portfolio.
Will not be selling anymore, at leas not until they go over 1.
Might even buy some more if they have a retraction.
Cynic,
There will be many who feel that selling all your holdings in AFC is just stupid, but a nice profit is good in anyones terms. There are too many punters who concentrate on a paper profit. No matter how high that paper profit may be, it don't help you sleep at night.
A bird in the hand as they say is worth two in the bush, unless one of those is Angelina Jolie. Her I would not share, get it share. OK will not give up the day job.

We all agree here.....I also sold a little too early it seems and I haven't worked it out but I presume a free ride on the rest....

(Sigh) Likewise! Too soon, too many sold. But a profit is good. Waiting for a dip to buy back some.....will there be a dip?
