It should in my view be worth double the sp today....once the production in safe british waters gets underway...the cash inflow (if I can call it that) will be serious....everybody has forgotten about BP and Schlumberger being on board with the production development for this one....

cynic - 26 Apr 2012 08:16 - 2679 of 3002

of course you were .... that's why you've now retired to sunnier climes

dreamcatcher - 26 Apr 2012 08:17 - 2680 of 3002

Never gets anything wrong by the sounds. :-))

So was I.....made the mistake of buying back in I think around 250p.....but anyway....this seems to be the ugly duckling of the market......might change soon....

cynic - 26 Apr 2012 08:19 - 2682 of 3002

BBs are full of such folk; they just find it simpler and more fun to join this type of exclusive club than say muirfield or st andrews

dreamcatcher - 26 Apr 2012 08:20 - 2683 of 3002

Lets hope rf. Perhaps more prosperous companies in the mean time.

I for one am surprised at the low sp....but I suppose I shall have to be patient as usual....

cynic - 26 Apr 2012 08:23 - 2685 of 3002

well don't jump into pci or rrr for sure!

dreamcatcher - 26 Apr 2012 08:24 - 2686 of 3002

I think there will be news after these tests regarding a farmin partner or a takeover?
Who? Statoil

dreamcatcher - 26 Apr 2012 08:24 - 2687 of 3002

Was up rrr lol or otc ( no i dont hold) :-))

Proselenes - 26 Apr 2012 08:25 - 2688 of 3002

Trouble is its all on this thread - I was the only one long at 20p, 30p, 40p and cynic was saying this is a bad stock, avoid.

At around 90p cynic bought some and promptly sold for a small profit after which the priced zoomed up more and more.

Too many sore losers around, just like those that sold RKH at 90p whilst I held from 37p and took my profits finally at 300p.

Watch the stocks, live and learn. You are fully aware I an in FOGL from 50's p and BOR from 50's p.

Are they doing bad ? LOL

required field - 26 Apr 2012 08:26 - 2689 of 3002

I surprised that Centrica or Total or even BP have not approached XEL.....I'm convinced that this has to go up by a lot....great income coming soon

dreamcatcher - 26 Apr 2012 08:28 - 2690 of 3002

There will be sore losers as you put it (or very sore) due to the company even saying great things to come. Sorry not one of your better posts to put on here
proselenes.

cynic - 26 Apr 2012 08:31 - 2691 of 3002

oh dear .... do i really have to trawl back through my trading to see where i bought and sold? ..... for sure i traded a good number of times, though suspect that in the end i gave away all my profit and more ..... i certainly remember berating No2 Son for not banking some really good profits (at around 350 i think), with the result that he gave it all back

dreamcatcher - 26 Apr 2012 08:32 - 2692 of 3002

lol

gibby - 26 Apr 2012 08:39 - 2693 of 3002

Balerboy - 26 Apr 2012 08:39 - 2694 of 3002

dreamcatcher - 26 Apr 2012 08:40 - 2695 of 3002

Can we lay a pipe. lol Plenty of gas on this thread. :-))

cynic - 26 Apr 2012 08:41 - 2696 of 3002

interesting that petronella is yet again making up a story to suit ..... must be ex NoW or similar ..... i looked back to the beginning and see i started posting in late 2009 and bought in early 2010 and traded a number of times thereafter .... got bored looking after about page 15, but funny old life, but i don't see anywhere that i wrote this was a total crap stock, though assuredly i raised the odd caveat or two

just for the record, i must have first bought at around 35p as one post commented that i had sold 50% at 57p for a very tasty profit ..... hmm; can i really be bothered to make sausagemeat of petronella? .... nah; better things to do probably

dreamcatcher - 26 Apr 2012 08:44 - 2697 of 3002

Would of thought it a bit strange having said what you supposedly said to purchase some a month or to back. :-))
