Get your tickets folks , boilers been stoked and departure is imminent .... all aboard the gravy train , choo choo :-)

Djalan, Sorry for not replying earlier, just got back from holiday. The info came from a large shareholder in Coms who I correspond with.

4PetesSake - 11 Aug 2013 08:03 - 271 of 1120

I correspond with Simon Munro. He is not the Cloud expert but is a company director. He posts regularly on LSE under an alias. However he doesn't refer to himself being the big Com's investor and keeps it quiet.

doodlebug4 - 11 Aug 2013 11:31 - 272 of 1120

4PetesSake, thanks for that info - can I ask, when he has such a large shareholding in the company, why he wants to keep it quiet?

Dil, that's good news, the train seems to have been stuck in the station for a little while and some passengers in another carriage have been getting impatient! :-)

Well its hardly a secret! - Holding in Company and Change of name of broker

Coms plc (AIM: COMS) was informed on 2 August 2013 that Simon Munro has increased his overall shareholding to 20,000,000 shares taking his overall holding to 3.61 % of the Company.

The Company has also been informed that its broker has changed its name to SI Capital Limited.

I guess 99.9% of people who post on Forums do so with nicknames and can therefore post with a greater degree of freedom. I imagine that this is the reason why he doesn't come out on the BB and declare who he is. However if you have followed his posts on the LSE Coms BB since February, which refers to millions of shares that he has bought it is obvious that he is Simon Munro.

Simon's main concern is that people would get him mixed up with the other Simon Munro who is the Cloud Expert.

doodlebug4 - 12 Aug 2013 16:31 - 275 of 1120

I've done a little top slicing here today, but still holding quite a few. If Simon Munro is so concerned about being confused with the other Simon Munro = Cloud Expert, then he should be more transparent, not less, about who he is. jmop

skinny - 12 Aug 2013 16:34 - 276 of 1120

Re post 262 - that is now one long flag!

doodlebug4 - 12 Aug 2013 18:18 - 277 of 1120

It will probably choo, choo seriously North now that I have top sliced! I just don't like CEOs who seem to be all mouth and no trousers and David Breith could be falling into that category soon if he isn't careful. jmop ------- Harriet Green kept a very low profile for quite a long time at TCG after she took over as CEO and she only started to give press and television interviews once she knew that she had the business back on track.

ontheturn - 12 Aug 2013 21:53 - 278 of 1120

>>>>>>> top slicing

How many millions did you sell then?

ontheturn - 12 Aug 2013 21:54 - 279 of 1120

HARRYCAT - 13 Aug 2013 08:58 - 281 of 1120

Exercise of Warrants
Coms plc (AIM: COMS) advises that certain warrant holders have exercised their right to subscribe for 47,085,181 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.7 pence per Ordinary Share. These warrants were granted at the time of the placing of shares announced on 14 May 2013. The Company will use the funds raised, of approximately £1.74 million, to help accelerate the growth of the business both organically and through acquisitions. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 19 August 2013.

Excellent, more capital for Coms and adds confidence as these investors happy to pay 3.7p.

skyhigh - 13 Aug 2013 18:19 - 284 of 1120

sold a little bit of Coms today first thing to go into REM and REM went up..makes a change for me but both Coms, REM & CHA looking good!

4PetesSake - 14 Aug 2013 01:48 - 285 of 1120

We know the following

May 14: Novum bought 81,081,081 shares in May at 1.85p raising £1.5m for Coms and got warrants to buy a further 81,081.081 at 3.7p, which at the time looked a long way off.
Aug 7: Someone has purchased 36m shares at 4.45p each, worth £1.6m
Aug 13: Novum have converted 47,085,181 warrants into shares raising a further £1.74m for Coms

We still don't know for sure who bought the 36m shares or where such a large number came from. However my theory is this.

Novum may have sold 36m of their initial 81m to the mystery buyer at 4.45p to raise the £1.6m and they have then added a further £140k to spend £1.74m converting 47m of their 81m warrants leaving them with an increased holding of 92m shares which will not spook the market about them reducing their holding and also allows another big investor, perhaps a new Director to enter at what in a few months time will seem like a very cheap price.

Such a move by Novum would tick all the right boxes for them and for Coms who no doubt have identified an acquisition that will be beneficial for their growth strategy, for the SP and for us shareholders.

I'm sure that we are going to see some very exciting RNS's later this week, perhaps later this morning.

Yesterday was the day to top up.

robstuff - 17 Aug 2013 10:28 - 286 of 1120

I also have a feeling that something big is going to be announced next week. the converter of warrants I would think wants to take advantage of some volatility over the coming weeks that say a bid deal announcement would bring. After a rise to about 6.5-7p another acquisition may come and so on the growth continues.

doodlebug4 - 20 Aug 2013 18:01 - 287 of 1120

We need some action here this week in the shape of a very positive interim statement, or something similar. David Breith has just had a two/three week holiday and shareholders are getting restless. It's all very well to twitter or tweet, whatever these twits do, but at the end of the day 'normal' shareholders like myself only believe the evidence of how a company is performing in the shape of a formal RNS.
