WPP in my opinion, should be in everyone's long term portfolio

Consolidating at all time high - though only floated just before xmas.

Pharma stock so seen as 'sexy' and this is a 'specialist pharma' so positively ultra sexy and highly likely to be sought after buy a bigger player once it grows big enough. Already announced they'll beat expectations when they announce in May.

i'm also thinking of cashing in my FTSE profit and opening DOW (scary) long
logic is that i feel the falls of yesterday and today were badly o'done, and though now rather late in the day, DOW is trying to recover back through 17,700

Wondering why CTR is down so much? Anyone got any news?

i'ld guess it's related to the massive and deeply discounted rights issue that was announced on 17/3

I haven't held these in anger for some time - just the odd trade, but what a buy and hold even a year ago - hindsight eh!

What if the 20 MA crosses the 50 & 100 , what's it called and what it means ? am looking at the Cineworld chart

i tend to use 25/50/200 as below .....


i shied away from this one, probably because it was margin-greedy and from memory, quite thinly traded
however, if you like CINE, you might also want to look at RTN whose outlets are often next door to cinemas, though that chart is currently not at all pretty for whatever reason
