When I bought my "special" hammock which is black rip stop Nylon, the guy I bought it from told me it was a special model that they had made for use by the US special forces, I said well that will be handy when I am next on a mission, he said oh are you in the special forces?

I thought that was pretty funny as I find it hard to imagine anyone less likely to be in the special forces than me !!! unless of course the special forces have started to use unfit, overweight, short and balding middle aged men.

Poochy, going out with a Polish girl, really, does that mean my post 2725 was accuarate. Would make a change if I got something right :-))

Morning all, wet and dull in Hastings, i would love a FEB but I think I will have to make do with a Latte and a fruit smoothie.

Do you more good Spacie, murky and wet up here in Yorkshire as well. Is work interfering with pleasure again today?

O, unfortunatly it is but I am working from home which makes it easier to handle.

Smoothie has just arrived, we have these every day during the week and I am pretty sure that they are the reason why my blood pressure has dropped! dont tell the girlfriend but I love fruit smoothies now.

Spacie, does that mean if she gets to know you like them you won't get them any more :-) BTW what are fruit smoothies?

Morning all from a very dozzy and doppy bunny (no quips about no
change there then!) not a great night's sleep so being awake and
staying that way could e the biggest challenge this morning.

o, fruit smoothie is some sort of thick drink made from fruit, but knowing the girlfriend it will have all sorts of other healthy stuff in it ! I will see if I can find the recipe.

Another horribly wet day for us today :>(

OK here is the smoothie recipe, I didnt realise it contained so many non fruit things. Anyway I am told its very healthy !!!!

For 2 portions:

* Handful of berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
or
1/2 Mango cubed
or
1 peach chopped
* Juice and pulp of 2 oranges
* 1 banana sliced
* 4 tabsp plain soya yoghurt
* 2 tabsp ground linseeds
* 4 tabsp oat bran
* soya milk to make total of 600ml

Extremely good for you too! :>)
