The thing is choco most people think M&S a little boringI have done many theatre trips and weekends away to Paris and Amsterdam and so on and the staff and management are fantasticI could tell you stories we could get locked up fortwenty of us came out of a bar in Amsterdam having had our fair share of space cake and you would not have got the kind of customer service even Waitrose could offerand that is from staff 18-60...they are all the samegreat fun!the company are unbelievable IMHO.
