Bought into OPAY today (cheers GF) , first target 120p.

Also bought into WMH , like the chart like the outlook.

OPAY yep Dil looks to have a bright future.

Havent updated the charts at the top because of the choppy markets. One day a 52 week breakout next day back to where it was.

Hopefully if we get some QE stimulus tomorrow and further stimulus from Japan and Europe the markets may calm down a little.

SPD SPORTS DIRECT

New 52 week breakout and 5
year high.

Technicals look I must say but once the JJB purchase settles down I think this will be one to short. If JJB couldn't get customers buying then why should Sports Direct be any different?

Better management Shortie.

Dont forget JJB had £280 million of revenue last year.

Whos going to pick that up.

Just think what SPD can do and convert that figure to profit wize.

I hear your arguement goldfinger but I'm not convinced. When Woollies went bust HMV expected to pickup the revenue but didn't. Alot of Sports equipment now a days is sold online or through specialist stores. The only exception I think is shoes where we like to try them on before buying. Best of luck with this one, but personally I think they need to become more online focused using their retail outlets as collection points to compete...

SPD & JJB are often very close to each other in out of town locations (& sometimes in town), so there will undoubtedly be some duplication of stores, nonetheless the purchase price paid by SPD for JJB (£24m I think?) was very cheap.

edit - and they are pretty well identical in concept, so I can't see why there is such a difference in performance - apart, of course, from management.

Does anyone know how many JJB sites were Rented/Leasehold and how many Freehold owned?

SPD have bought the JJB online offering.

Bought quite a lot of casual gear myself from SPD online pretty good offering and fast cheap service.

Bought myself some BAB again. Nice chart with Bullish engulfing candle paving the way. Results were good yesterday aswel.

6 attempts at getting through resistance aswel. This could be a corker, got to watch it carefully monday.
