A software loan-platform is how I see this - You make a loan to the platform and this is spread about the borrowers, who pay fees and presumably interest to the providers. - - - - Is this right -anyone?
Equity Investors are not the same game....
These are 0.1p shares - IPO Sept 2018 =440p ( that's 4400x face value?)...but by 1Nov2018 sp=373 after some gains. Wow!
The snag is Lenders prob. don't get to choose where the money is placed and presumably if the business went wrong, all loans would be clawed back, leaving Borrowers in a mess. I just hope Execs don't pay themselves much for just an idea.
