LONDON (AFX) - Digital Classics PLC said RPTA Ltd, a company owned by
chairman Richard Price, has increased its stake in the company to 1.8 pct after
buying just over 3 mln shares at 1.50 pence per share in a directors' placing.

In addition, chief executive Christopher Hunt acquired almost 6.4 mln
shares, taking his holding to 64.4 mln, or 23.6 pct of the company and finance
director Michael Barton bought 2.1 mln shares, taking his total to almost 2.4
mln, or 0.9 pct of the company. These purchases were also made at 1.50 pence.
