Merrils upgraded PMO from sell to neutral.

"Merrill has reviewed the UK Oil & Gas Explorers and has raised EPS estimates across the board by 19% for 2005, and 14% for 2006 after raising Brent forecasts. They have upgrade Premier Oil (PMO.L) to neutral from sell and have raised targets in Paladin Resources (PLR.L) to 210p from 200p and Tullow (TLW.L) to 180p from 175p. They've dumped .5m since 3/12 when they owned 43.1m or 3.09%...... not bought!! There was no need for any rns, imo, as their holding did not pass through a full percentage point.
