I know what endears you to Hilary Seawallwalker. It's the patronising way she talks to you. She does seem to like the sound of her own voice.

Anyhow, like you say, that's what the filter's there for.

The recipes are of course much more interesting!

No need.

I like painting my own canvas.

Thank you lc.

Just saw your comment.

Talking of pictures - have you all noticed how closely SEY is tracking DNX over the past year/six months etc. Lagging slightly due to placing but perhaps those of us in DNX from long ago recognise same potential in SEY (although without the (some would say) rather-too-cautious Tom Cross).

750,000 sell - I hope this is not the first of a series of disillusioned institional investors in sell/reduce mode. If so bid at 17.15 is the most we will see for some time.

Bugger - more big sells just before the close. Open lower tomorrow?

lizard - 27 Jan 2005 11:42 - 3125 of 7811

agree doesn't seem much happening besides maur/chinq. must be more deals to pursue?.

lukan - 27 Jan 2005 15:50 - 3126 of 7811

With all your expertise on W. African oil opportunities, I'd be interested in your thoughts on FDC's reverse takeover of (by?) Energem's (Toronto) W. Afriican oil interests on/off-shore Congo, Chad etc.

Agree about SEY - some solid news would lend welcome support to the in vacuo inspiration.
